The Berlin Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church will spare no effort to help Christian refugees from Syria.

"Now, we hold talks with official authorities and migrant organizations to decide what kind of help it will be and how it will be realized," rector of St. George Monastery in Gotschendorf, member of the Integration Committee at the Federal Agency of the German Chancellor Hegumen Daniel (Irbits) told Interfax-Religion on Tuesday.

According to him, it was suggested to settle several families of Christian refugees not far from the Gotschendorf Monastery so that they can get spiritual help as well.

"These questions are still open for discussion with the country's politicians," the interviewee of the agency said.
