"Molari was summoned after he said in an interview that the Finnish authorities hold a favorable attitude to Kavkaz-Center website and Chechen terrorists in general," chairman of the Finnish Antifascist Committee Johan Backman told Interfax.
"The summons was prompted by a press release of our ombudsman for minority affairs Eva Biaudet who on the basis of the interview with Russia Today accused the pastor of fanning ethnic hatred for Chechens and insisted that criminal charges be brought against him," Backman said.
"I don't rule out that Molari may be arrested at the police station to which he was summoned," Backman said.
In his opinion, the action against Molari is related to April 15 hearings of the case of editor-in-chef of Kavkaz-Center Mikael Storsjo, who is charged with assisting the illegal immigration of Chechens to Finland.
The pastor has been actively working against the website and thus provoking threats from Chechens in Finland and terrorist leader Doku Umarov.
"Meanwhile, the Finnish authorities find nothing wrong with the operation of the website, or Chechens' supporting it," Backman said.
