The qualified personnel will provide specialized therapy and counseling for persons with low incomes, and for families and children in need of such services but do not have the material means to pay for such treatments at other medical centers.

The blessing of the rehabilitation center was celebrated by His Eminence Metropolitan Laurenţiu, surrounded by an assembly of priests and deacons. Also participating were: Rev. Fr. Nicolae Rusu, social adviser of the Archdiocese of Sibiu; Rev. Fr. Petru Madina, economic adviser of the Archdiocese; the staff of the Department for Social Assistance of the Archdiocese; the personnel of the Center, as well as other guests. After the blessing, the Metropolitan of Transylvania thanked all those involved in equipping and opening the center, and wished the employees to successfully carry out their activities for helping their suffering fellow men.

Those who will benefit from the services of the rehabilitation Center are people of different ages with low incomes having locomotive disorders or other medical problems.
