Как быть верующему биологу с теорией Ч. Дарвина или современной теорией эволюции? Поступать очень просто: эволюцию – признавать, но ее случайный характер – нет. Дело в том, что дарвиновская теория функционирует в биологии так же, как когда-то в советских науках об обществе марксизм-ленинизм: на уровне идеологии. Бороться с идеологией не дело ученого; его задача – познавать мир. Православная вера этой задаче не препятствует.
